Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers two kinds of payment on this website, received by two different organisations:

  • Matrimony plan fees are paid to Akash AI Global, which provides the matrimony service for Bhavsar Kshatriya Jagathik Samuday ("BKJS"). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include GST.
  • Donations are paid to Bhavsar Kshatriya Jagathik Samuday, a registered trust, through danamojo, into the trust's own bank account.

2. Matrimony plans (Akash AI Global)

  • Delivery: plans are an online service. Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive a confirmation email. Nothing is shipped.
  • Cancellation before your profile goes live: if you ask to cancel within 7 days of payment and an administrator has not yet approved your profile, you get a full refund.
  • Profile not approved: if an administrator rejects your profile, the plan fee is refunded in full.
  • After your profile is live: once your profile is approved and visible to other members, the plan fee is not refundable. You can deactivate your profile at any time.
  • Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged for a payment that failed, the extra amount is refunded in full.

3. Donations (Bhavsar Kshatriya Jagathik Samuday)

  • Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable, because an 80G tax receipt is issued for each donation.
  • If a donation was made by mistake (wrong amount, duplicate payment), write to us within 30 days. If the refund is approved, the 80G receipt for that donation is cancelled.

4. How to ask for a refund

For matrimony plans, email [email protected]. For donations, email [email protected]. You can also WhatsApp +91 72596 65887. Include your BKJS ID or Matrimony ID, the payment date and amount, and the payment reference shown in your confirmation email.

5. Refund timelines

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
